"Spray Foam just wanted to get me to buy a spray graco system. I already have equipment and I just needed spray foam and lining materials for my contracts. The complaints I had were basic sales stuff. Pushy sales tactics that gave me a bad taste in my mouth. The materials they use for lining and spraying is above the board. I have no issue or complaint with that. It's just the sales people really wouldn't let me just buy materials easily. They upsold from all angles. I couldn't tell if I was being scammed or not..... At the end of the day, product was ok, but service sucked. These guys could run an honest business and make a TON of money with their supplier relationships instead of beating every customer into the ground. Now, I am not saying don't use them, I am just saying beware of the scam tactics for upselling hardware you just don't need. It's not really unethical, more a pain in the ass. "
