"I was disappointed with the time it took to ship my product. I ordered an AMD thunderbird and ASUS motherboard on 10/16 and requested second day air shipping which ships in 1-2 day. I didn't receive my package, so I wrote an email to customer support on 10/20. I received a reply email on 10/23 saying that they received my order and would ship it out the next day. They said that I would likely receive my package at the end of the week. Polite response but disappointing delay. 2nd day air = 10 days (hopefully).

Prices are good, but I would rather buy from a place which delivers on time for a little extra money."
