"They sent me poorly packaged products twice - everything arrived damaged. After returning both products, it's been over 2 weeks and I have yet to see a refund for my purchase. I have contacted them 3 times about this issue. They acknowledge having received the returns, but have not refunded me. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. They do not follow through on their promises and do not know how to adequately package an order."

"I never had the chance to place an order. I had a question,so I emailed them. On their site they state that they try to follow emails with-in a hour. I never heard from them.
This may be an indiction of way poor service, You think?
