"We have shopped with panties.com on several occasions and the service has always been horrible but the product, once it arrives, is good. There are so many competitors out there that we have finally given up on them. Our last order was placed in May, on their site it says "approved" but no further update. We have called 3 times and each time we call we get a voicemail saying if you have called during normal business hours and get this message it means we are helping others. I do not know what their "normal" hours are but we keep leaving messages and no response. We have also filled out a contact sheet and no response. Horrible customer service."
