"I've been ordering from PandaHall for a while now. Only ever had one small issue, which they fixed immediately. I do beading as a hobby, and the products are perfect for what I want. The only downside had been that I have to order a larger quantity than I need, but even with that and shipping, it's still less than a quarter of what I'd pay at JoAnn or Micheal's, and there are now quite a few very happy sunday-school and school art teachers who've been the recipients of the surplus! Not to mention the little girls in my neighborhood... :)"
"I buy at Pandahall at least 2-3 times a months and sometimes more. I am not buying from other companies anymore, I have switched to Pandall and I am saving money and I have a very good quality product and my stainless steel never fade (always stays nice and my jewelry are not fading). The stone (gemstone) are of a very good quality and at a very good price compare to to other companies.
The delivery to Canada is excellent, since, I have never received a broken jewelry, because Pandahall, is taking care to pack with a lot of bubble wrap, so when it arrive to me in Canada, everything is ok, and I have never received a scratch or damaged jewelry.
Also the staff are amazing, because, on occasion, I realized something is on sale and I have made my purchase the previous day, I send them an e-mail to ask Pandahall to add something to my account and they are putting the item on my account immediately and I just go to my account and pay the different (balance to pay). They are sending me an e-mail to confirm my address before shipping my parcel, and I really love that, because, it is always shipped to me at the good address.
The staff is really amazing, professional and I HIGHLY recommend Pandahall to any body that is making their own jewelry like me for reselling. The delivery is not too expensive and if you check they have often free delivery or reduced cost for delivery. I alway choose to be delivered by SL CA(CA Special Line) it is cheaper and it get to me within 3 weeks (very fast delivery and that is why I have changed with Pandahall).
I have never regret the day that I have register with Pandahall and I have at least 20 different with list with them and one of my wish list is called nex time purchase.
Please note that if they are out of stock you can choose something similar and you are saving 15-20% off. Also I accumulate points with the review and I am presently saving 3% off on all my item even if on sale (getting close from receiving 6% off ). The more you buy the more % off is increasing .
