"BUYER BE WARE They do not gaurantee / stand behind their products! I purchased their silk pajama/lounge pants as christmas gift. Hubby wore them twice and I washer per the instructions and hung dry. While the fabric washed fine the seam in the crouch came unstitched.

When I contacted customer service (within 10 days of receiving them) they said that they cannot get the money back from their manufacturer for worn products so they cannot refund or exchange. The first customer rep said that perhaps the pants were too tight on my husband (I offered to send them a picture but they didn't care). The second time I called and the supervisor told me that he should not have slept in them because they are too delicate a material--really what is the name of their web-site? Lastly, their guarentee satisfaction on their site is not true - they made absolutely no attempt to offer anything like a coupon for future purchases... they just don't care! I am out $65 but they are out all future sales...
