"I ordered from this site on a Saturday, and had my equipment in hand by the follow tuesday. I had this order quicker than something I had ordered the sunday before I ordered from this site. Product showed up quickly in great condition.
I will definately order from PBGear.com again!

"PBGear.com has a great selection and great prices. I ordered several items from them, nothing in too high of a demand. I called up before I placed to make sure everything was in stock, that I wanted to order. It checked out, so I ordered it all later that night. The next day I read in my email form them that one of the ordered items, paintballs, was not in stock. So I called them and quickly just changed the color; they had just received a new shipment.
The package arrived quickly and all of the items were in good shape, except for slight leakage of the paintballs. They had, however, sent the wrong grips to me. I received .45 grips when I ordered ESP grips. They also arrived with no packaging whatsoever. It looked to me as if they were just thrown in the box to "fill the order," which displeased me greatly. I quickly called them up and was given an RA number to send the grips back. They said that if I put the invoice in the box that they would reimburse me for the shipping cost. I found that to be noble, but it would have been much better if they had sent me and advance RA item, so that I would not have to wait twice as long. But, I did receive the new grips in less than 2 weeks, which is not too bad.
PBgear.com is a decent company with deals that cannot be turned down. And because of that, even though I had a slightly bad first experience, I believe that PBGear.com is going to be my next place to shop for my next order of paintball goodies.

" I ordered from them twice. The first time was for a few items that I needed to start out playing paintball like a mask, balls, tank, etc. The items came in a big box with no packaging for many of the individual products, however they were still new.
Overall the transaction went smoothly and the speed of processing and delivery was average for an internet site. I like the fairly low prices and free shipping for orders over $100.
I have since ordered another time from them, this time for paintballs and a hopper. None of the balls were broken and everything came in a timely manner and was in excellent condition.

"I first ordered a Gun, Barrel & Mask as well as some odds and ends from this company. 2 days later I get an email saying that the entire order is on back order. When I ask how long it would take before the order would ship I was told the gun would take 1-2 weeks and the barrel would take 3-4 weeks. I was then told HOPEFULLY that by the time the barrel got in that the gun wouldent be on back order again.



Anyway I cancled that order and ordered the gun elsewhere. I replaced the order for the Mask a tank, jerzee, tank caps, and gun oil.

No problem the order ships out.

A few days later I receive a 6" x 6" x 6" box. In it is the gun oil and tank caps that I ordered, as well as an invoice saying that the mask tank and jerzee were in the box.

I call back the company to get on their case and they say they will get back to me on whether or not the items were shipped in the box. We will see.

I did end up getting the missing items shipped out to me and I recieved them within 3 days.

"Looked around the web, this place had paint for a good price and free shipping on in-stock items totalling $100. I ordered 3 cases of paint on the 8th. It arrived on the 10th, well packed in lots of peanuts. None of the paint was broken. I got what I asked for without any problems, at the price it said with free shipping.

I see no reason not to use them in the future.
