"I purchased a New SprayTECH EPX2155 Airless Paint Sprayer which was advertised that it came with a painters kit of extra items.

I had no luck contacting the firm directly but they did read my review and contacted me a couple of months after I wrote the review. The promotion for the "painters kit" was over but the owner sent me other merchandise to make up for the absence of the kit.

Obviously they do care what people think and care about their customer service.

One thing I did learn was that apparently they have problems with spam like everyone else does. So even if you can't get a response from an email inquiry, try the telephone. "
