"Have had a barbell on order for 28 weeks now. It was supposed to be a custom made item with 14 week lead time. Called a couple times last month and they said that I should get it soon. Emailed last week to request a refund with zero response. Ability to fulfil orders: none. Customer service: less than worthless. "

I ordered off of here for a graduation present to my girlfriends sister but never received any of the ink I actually ordered but did get their free bottle of black included because I had purchased so much. I tried contacting them only for them to tell me, that they were all out of those colors after I had gotten confirmation that they had "shipped" to me so that's pretty shady. Then when I requested a refund they said we can do that or give you store credit. I told them I wanted a full refund and then they ghosted me. I'd give zero stars if I could, what a total BS company. "So I was looking for tattoo equipment but I was trying to find a place that was reasonably priced with a legit website. Fun fact, most tattoo supply websites have bad webpages which makes them seem shady. Not this one though, right away I’m feeling confident that this a site where I can find what I’m looking for. I find what I’m looking for, I’m checking out of my cart and I select what I think is a delivery day for the early portion of the following week. The supplies I need super aren't critical so I think “ok, I can wait”. Turns out that’s when the package ships so I have to wait a whole ‘nother week for my supplies. I would love to give this site a 5 out of 5, but this experience really put a sour taste in my mouth initially. After some time to reflect I think I will totally be using the site again because it’s possible I made a mistake and the pricing on this site is just that much more fair than half the tattoo supply websites out there. Don’t get me wrong though, if the package takes 2 weeks to get to me again, I’ll be peacin’ out. Lates! "

"Everyone will tell you to never pierce yourself, get it done professionally, everything under the bus. And I do understand that most people who do it themselves are younger and have no idea the harm they are doing to themselves. But for those of us who do a ton of research on proper sanitation/sterilization and proper piercing methods, we gotta start somewhere, why not our own bodies? This website gives me the materials I need to get better and better at piercing, with all the tools I will need as well as correct piercing needles, it's wonderful and I'm glad I have the option through PainfulPleasures.
