The number is ALWAYS busy, and 3 emails have resulting in zero responses. Apparently responding to a customer complaint is beyond the scope of their customer services." I have used the batteries for a couple of years with no problems, and get about 3 weeks use at 30 minutes treatment per day--but this batch seems to be defective and they are not willing to make it right or respond to me. They have had plenty of time to respond, and it definitely was NOT within the time frame they say they will respond on their site."
