"Ordered a stereo face plate in July and they said they shipped it Aug 7. gave me a tracking number for USPS that was not real. Phoned to complain but they took no responsibility saying it was shipped. Gave me another tracking number for DHL that was bogus as well. Filed a complaint with California BBB but Pac Parts refuses to do anything. Their customer service does not exist. Their staff are rude and unsympathetic. This company should be avoided at all costs. BUYER BEWARE!"
