Never Do Business WIth PWS

"Searched for a part, found it on their website. Ordered part, received confirmation through e-mail. Received a second e-mail that the part was back-ordered from Whirlpool. They did not have the part in stock, yet were selling it on their site as if it were in stock. Poor business practice. Was charged immediately for the part and shipping, now have to wait 48 hours to be refunded money. Also, shipping costs are high compared to competitors. Should have searched for reviews outside of Google(4.4 stars HA!)."

Won’t refund when they get part back

"They got their $240 part back from me in a timely manner, now refuse to respond or refund my money back. I’ve been going back and forth with them going on nearly 4 months. Also made me pay $60 out of my own pocket for shipping when the part I ordered arrived to me damaged that I ordered. Do not use this company! "

3 strikes and you're out

"Iv'e actually been using this site for years and never had an issue, that's why I gave them an extra star. However after this experience I will never use them again. My commercial washer went down in my nursing home and desperately needed a Milnor #96P016A71 Mixing Valve-220v asap to get it back up and operational. I ordered the part on Wednesday and paid for overnight delivery because I cant have any down time. On Thursday I received the incorrect part, I called them and they apologized and said they are sending out the correct part and a return label for the wrong one. Ok everyone is entitled to make a mistake. On Friday I didnt recive the package so I called and found out they somehow shipped to the same adress but in a different city and that there is nothing they can do it will rerout for monday. Now I cant do laundry over the weekend and need to send out to a laundramat and pay tons of money because of them. Today is monday we received the package from them and guess what, its the same exact wrong item again that they sent me to begin with. You litterally cant make this stuff up. They ended up costing me a lot of time and money. I will never shop there again. "

Poor Communication

"If you sell things to people 1) make sure your website doesn't have products that are not made anymore; 2) if you cancel an order, have the decency to explain why, not an email that just says "order cancelled". It's really not that hard to have good customer service. My advise; if you come across the company looking for a part, keep Googling.

"I am not shocked to see such pathetic reviews for this company. When is the last time you had a person who you are trying to give them business by placing a service order, hang up on you and start screaming on the other end of the phone? These people are totally ridiculous and I would NOT use this company if they were the last laundry equipment service business in the World. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. You have been warned."

"What a shocking experience. I would never recommend this business. My order was placed on August 11th and allegedly sent out twice but it has never been received despite multiple calls. I have been continually lied to and today I have been told that the part is not in stock. Clearly the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. To the business owner: you should be ashamed."

"They never update the availability of the items they have for sale. Everything seems to be in stock and when an order is placed, they charge everything and notifies that the items are 'unavailable', issues refund only on the item price, excluding shipping & sales tax. They way they operate is close to a scam. "
