"I bought a air conditioner and controller unit from them and the plastic cover came with broken clips they wanted me to take apart the whole thing put my business on hold for a plastic clip! They would only replace the whole unit not just the plastic cover! To make matters worse they couldn’t even call me back after telling me they would contact the vendor! I’m not happy! "

"I left my motorhome at the lot in Houston for 4 months on consignment. They gave me a $300.detail, complementary. Upon viewing the pictures of my coach on their website, the streaking from a very poor detailing job was so obvious, I couldn't imagine anyone wanting to buy my camper. I spoke to a salesperson about it, but the picture stayed up on the website. After 4 months of no reasonable offer on my camper, I drove the 4 hours to Houston to pick it up to discover just how bad the exterior condition was. Also there were numerous new scratches and scraps to the paint particularly around the spare tire cover. It looks like someone took a crowbar to the bolt trying to get it off. The door to an exterior hatch was broken, as well as the screen door cover and the housing to a seat belt. Beware of leaving your camper with them unless perhaps you are close by and can go check on it. Still, You have no recourse as you sign a liability waiver. "

"I've purchased from PPL before and never an issue. However, these clowns withdrew nearly $1450 of my money and have not sent the high-dollar ordered parts. Coming up on one month now. Part number has now changed since ordering (although the part is still the same) and they jacked the price (four pieces) by several hundred dollars. Emails/messages go unanswered, all the while I'm out $1450 and I still don't have the parts I ordered. Send the damn parts or, at a minimum respond, to emails!"
