"This company is a farce. Don't work with them. I paid hundreds of dollars for Saturday shipping and here we are on Sunday....not a peep. No tracking, no email, no response, nothing.
They have alot of good reviews, it seems. But their platform, ShopperApproved, only sends you review links after your product arrives. Again, another farce. I've already reported this company to the BBB "
"I ordered a printer we needed for our family business. After not hearing anything from the seller for 2 weeks, I called him to cancel. He said he would take care of it, this turned out to be a lie.
Two months later, I receive the product as a surprise. I contacted the seller and he said that he will only cancel orders if an email is sent (he never mentioned this on the phone). Over two months of disputing back and forth, I got a refund minus a 15% "restocking fee".

"Found a match for a product I needed on Google, it matched it to these guys. The price was fair and they said they had it in stock and the delivery estimator said it would be at my location by the end of the week.
That date passed so I emailed them. It took them a week to tell me they'd check on the vendor.
These guys clearly bait you into the order and then try to fill it later after already taking your money. Buyer beware."

Standard answer from the Indian guy is I have to check with my manufacturer, but never return phone calls or emails. I cancelled my order, refund will be in two to five days. "I checked before placing order to confirm product was in stock and could ship in 1-2 days. I was told it was and it would ship in 1-2 days. My card was charged but product never shipped. 5 days later, product still has not shipped and i was told to "stay tuned". In my opinion, the person i spoke with on the phone new all along the product was unavailable.

"I purchase a printer but i gotten the wrong one so i email and call them a few times. They told me that they will send out RMA# for me to returns after 4-5 days waiting they still haven't sent it out and call them again they said it will be sent out later on the day. I still haven't heard from them!!! I think there's only 1 person working picking up the phone and answering emails. I don't think they give a **** about what customers think. How can so many complain about them it's not just me! I should have read this review before i bought it from them. Don't ever buy anything from them! "
"I purchased (on-line) an EPSON Surecolor T3170X from this store mid June 2020 for almost $2000.
By the beginning of July, I started calling asking about shipping status.
After calling several times before I got through, they told me it's out of stock and will be shipping by mid July.
I called again today July 21st. The rep told me it's out of stock until Mid August.
Their web-site shows it as "In-Stock".
Their prices might be low, but this is a company I will not do business with ever again."

They do not answer the phone and their recording ask to e-mail them at ****@****. You get an automated answer. This business might have been legit in the past, but right now, it is a scam to get a hold of your credit card. Do yourselves a favor and check the Better Business Bureau.
