"Worked perfectly in multiple countries. Touch down, turn on the phone and it just works! Couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely be using it as my go-to travel sim"
"I've recently relocated overseas from the US and my new job requires extensive travel. I did a ton of research and pond mobile is the best option for globetrotters. Yes, you can do better on rate with local SIMs but you lose flexability. I'd recommend pond to anyone!"
"I have had my pondmobile for about 3 years now. I have used it in Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Scotland, Iceland, Germany, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and Belgium. It has been great, and allowed my family members and friends to stay in touch while we travel."
"When I switched to pond mobile, I haven't looked back nor have I used another service. Coverage almost all over the world is superb and the ease of use is brilliant. I use Pond mobile wherever I go and never am I concerned about being connected. Thanks for this great service."
"Knowledgeable, professional and honest. Used them for 5 years and never a surprise bill. They even give a discount if you pre-pay for a year.

"Had AT&T for years. About 7 months ago I was temporarily relocated to the UK. I though AT&T passport plan had me covered, at least this is what the rep told me. After 4 months I received a text telling me that my service will be shut off in 30 days if I don’t come back. Given that I was in another country I was not able to switch to another US provider. I didn’t want to lose my US number because I had it for over 20 years. A co-worker that was relocated with me got Pond before she left and she had no issues. At first I was apprehensive because of the price of $500 a month but out of desperation I reached out to them anyway. Questioning the price to the sales person, I was asked to look at my AT&T bill (which is on autopay and I have not looked at in months, shame on me) I was paying them as much as $1500 a month which made me furious. My plan was $85 a month plus the $140 for the passport plan totaling $225. I called AT&T almost 4 hours later, after 4 transfers 1 dropped call I was told that im paying an addition .35 per minute…. Now the $500 a month is a bargain. I saved my US number and pay exactly what I was promised. My service is a lot better, my internet is much faster and I have access to all provider on one sim, meaning I virtually never lose service. In 2 months im set to return to the US and my account manager said they have a plan for domestic users as well for about the same as what I paid with AT&T. I will stay with Pond and recommend it to everyone just because there is never a hassle with them and they operate with integrity."
