"Dont ever think to buy this. I Used this for 3 Months realised that it is spoiling my Iphone X screen and the back glass as well. Left all the impression of crocodile design fake leather on both the sides.
As soon as I received after 55-60 days after unpacking looking like already used with threads coming out. Also not properly stitched. Dont go upon the youtube videos. Its not worth a single penny. I even spent more to get my screen cover replaced. I still have the cover BUT in my puppy’s mouth chewing.

"I have bought a couple of products from PDair. Very high quality, and long lasting! Unfortunately, as they are based in Hong Kong, service will be slow. Delivery to US took a couple of week. If you need to return for any reason, you are responsible for shipping costs, which can be almost as much as the cost of the item when shipping from US. I ordered the wrong item for my last purchase (purchased case for iPhone 6s Plus, not the 6s). But since I happened to be traveling to Asia shortly after I received, I was able to mail from there at nominal cost. It took ~4 weeks more, but the correct item finally arrived."

"I bought a cell phone case from this company. I am in the USA and they are in Hong Kong. Their product description said it fit a Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. The product they delivered was too small for the phone. I contacted the company and they gave me the run around. They did not stand behind their product and I now have a case that doesn't fit my phone and they have my $42. Not Good."

"I love these guys. I have just received my 3rd case from PDAir. I got one for the replacement for my Motorola Razr after I dropped the old one face down on a rock at 3AM. (The standard gel case did not protect one iota) I could not find a decent looking case in the US that provided cover both front and back. With trepidation, I ordered a flip case from PDAIR. It came much faster than they estimated (They have no control over customs and how long that will take and they do warn you) The case was well made, nice leather and did just what I wanted. SO, I had to have one for my Ipod Classic. Same, great product. Fit perfectly, Really does it's job. Arrived much quicker than PDAir estimated, in fact less than a week from HK to New Mexico. My Razr died and I got a new cell phone. Third time, another great experience ! I will grant that when i sent a question to customer service they took quite a bit of time to answer. On the other hand, when they did answer, they let me know it had been a long holiday in Hong Kong. Between not knowing the holidays over there and acknowledging that they are 14 hours later I think a little patience is warranted and deserved for such an exceptional product. I absolutely LOVE PDAIR! I see there is a check box below that asks me if PDAir asked me to write this review. No. They did not. I just think they make wonderful, high quality and beautiful covers."

"Just happened on the reviews here, thought I ought to add my own experiences. I tend to wind up getting older model phones (new, but old models) since I like QWERTY sliders. Since these aren't brand new models it is sometimes hard to find cases, but PDair always has a case and so far, they always fit well and are well-made. Have just placed an order for my 4th and 5th PDair cases (accumulating a stock of phones for the family).

And yes they do ship from Hong Kong. Shipping times seem to vary wildly -- I'm in California and have received one case in ~ 1 week, one in ~ 2 weeks, and one in ~ 4 weeks. Looking at the tracking info for the slow one, it spent about three weeks in Hong Kong customs. *sigh* Probably why PDair mentions that they have no control over shipping time. Short of using an overnight express service, which would probably cost as much as the case, not sure what they can do about that. Just assume it will take a month and be pleasantly surprised if the case shows up sooner."

Item will be shipped by International Airmail from Hong Kong Post Office. It normally takes 7-20 business days (not include Sat, Sun, Public Holiday) to most of countries. Actual transit time may vary and this is only an estimate.

Never again! Shame on me once..."

"After placing an order online with PDair for unique metal phone case and payment made, some 8 days later, I receive an email stating that I will be notified with the case is being shipped and that from this date with will take 7-20 days to be received.

I wrote an email in response to their customer service email address and recieved a follow up stating the order was already being shipped and given the tracking number.

Looking the tracking number up online to find that the package was not yet sent, but would be sent out the following day.

After another volley of emails without response from the customer service department, I am settled with having ordered and paid for an item and receiving it more than one month later. None of this information is listed online and none of the customer service emails lead to anyone.

Prepare yourself for little or no customer service and long lead times for what seem like a very simple thing. I have yet to receive the case, but hope that nothing is wrong with it since with service like this there will be no return policy.

BE WARNED you must like whatever you buy from this company, expect no pre-purchase assistance or customer service thereafter. Most of all no NOT expect any speedy receipt of an item with more than a month being apparently normal for them.
