I reached out to customer service twice and was always addressed to within 1 business day for my query.

The only issue is that the phones do take about a month or more to be shipped (unless a phone is in stock, it can take between 3 to 5 weeks as mentioned next to certain phone models). I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Global model) which took over a month to arrive (I was updated about the delays). Once received, my phone was delivered within 2 business days and was packaged well. PDA Plaza also offers daily deals on their phones.
