"The PDApreferred website had lots of PDAs to choose from and comparisons were very easily done.

We chose a Palm Z31 and are satisfied with the pda price and shipping cost and timing. We are looking forword to using our Z31.

We got our pda shipment on 10/22, a day earlier that expected. The pda was received in very good shape, and we immediately starting setup on the Z31. The pda showed no problems, hardware or software.

We now have it loaded with addresses, photos, music, tasks, calender plans, e-mail stuff, etc.

We got a good product from PDApreferred, good value and great shipping performance.

We will certainly let our friends know how good the PDApreferred website is, and is a perfect place to buy your electronics. We will shop with PDApreferred again.

"STAY AWAY!!! PDAPreferred.com is the worst company I have ever seen, bar none. They shipped my order wrong. I had to pay shipping back. They sent the wrong item the second time. I had to pay the shipping back. I'm afraid of asking them to send me the right item. All I've gotten is platitudes: "Sorry about the delay, please wait for a few days, we will deal with it ASAP. Thank you." All I wanted was a PDA battery for an HP Ipaq hx2795. They sent an Ipaq rs3000 battery--TWICE!

PDAPreferred.com appears to be an assumed name or is affiliated with Gizmos2Go.com (exactly identical websites). PDAPreferred.com return policies are through Gizmos2go.

Check the Southern California (LA County) Better Business Bureau. Gizmos has 59 complaints at last count (last month) with nearly half of them unresolved or ignored.

In fact, once I've found another vendor, I would go to the Gizmos website to make sure they were not identical. It appears they are doing business as pdapreferred.com to get away from the bad rep. GO TO A REPUTABLE WEBSITE!!!

It has been nearly two months and I still have not gotten what I ordered. It is extremely difficult to deal with PDAPreferred as they do not publish any contact information except for a web form email.

I've even resorted to threats of filing complaints with the BBB and the California Attorney General's office, but all I get is a boilerplate email asking me to wait a few days.

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH--SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE SHIPPING ALONE WILL BREAK YOU!! They charged $12 for a 3 oz. battery.

"This company operated with no integrity on my order of the Palm Ultralight Bluetooth Headset. Upon receiving a defective product I returned it for a replacement only to receive the same exact defective product that I sent back to begin with. I know this because the product had a manufacturer smudge or mark that was very visible and the "replacement" had the same smudge and mark in the same exact location. That was no coincidence. I sent it back within their customer product inspection time period of 7 days both times and low and behold they did not issue me a full refund instead they issued part of the total paid for the item. But in their FAQS page it says "Our technicians will inspect the item and forward their findings to our accounting department. You should receive a full refund within 2-4 weeks." So I expected a full refund because there are no indications in their return policy that they would minus any original shipping cost. So if it can be avoided take heed to my experience and purchase with caution. BEWARE"

"This has been the worse online shopping experience that I have ever had. I purchased 2 PDA cases and one of them was the wrong item. I emailed PDAPreferred about their mistake.They said that they would replace it. After 2 months and numerous emails, I sent the wrong case back to them. They did not send me the correct case. I spent $10 to ship back a $3.59 case. They did refund my $3.59, but they did not refund the original $15 shipping charge nor the $10 return shipping charge. In all of the back and forth emails they promised to send me the correct case and to reimburise me for the return shipping fees. DO NOT buy from this company. Their shipping charges are outrageous and return policy sucks. "
