"I ordered a pair of speakers from this site. I immediately received an email saying that the order was received and was informed that I would receive another email when the order shipped. The next day I received an email saying that my order shipped, but there was no tracking number. I waited and waited until 6 days had passed.
When I called the company I was told that they shipped the item on the day of the second email from their warehouse in California (they are located in New Jersey). I asked them to email me the tracking number so I could find out where the order was. I never received any such email. I waited one more day and called back -- this time I was informed that my order never shipped (but they charged my credit card from the beginning)!
When I asked them what they could do to rectify the situation (since I was expecting the item ASAP) I was hoping they would ship it express since they messed up the order -- I was given the run around. The sales rep had to speak to her manager first, then when I asked to speak to the same manager, they supposedly left for the day. Finally I canceled my order in disgust! BUYER BEWARE!"
"I was pretty impressed... my order was shipped within HOURS of my placing it. They contacted me regarding every aspect of the order, tracking info, etc. Based on my experience I would certainly order from them again."
"Ordered 2 inkjet cartridges for my Canon MPC5500 on Friday. $3 each makes a $6.00 order. Shipping was $7.12 (only 1 lb box) for a grand total of $13.12. Despite the high shipping, I went ahead with the order because it was still cheaper in the long run. The order processed on Monday and I had the box at my house Thursday afternoon. The box was slightly crushed but the cartridges were well packed and nowhere near damaged. I think I will order from them again. No problems and nothing misleading. :-)"
