I am completely discussed with them. They saw me coming a mile away. I just enrolled in computer school and, needed to download a program that would erase my existing program so I purchased a new PC and bought a zonet kvm switch. The box was
already open when bought it, only instructions were on the box I paid$60.00 for some one to install it, my mouse and keyboard use a usb conector, went back to PC warehouse they told me all mouse and key boards were ps serial connectors I disa greed! Bought new mouse and keyboard to work with switch, still didn't work had 2nd pc checked it was ok $90.00 had a computer teck to my house $170.00 found out port 2 on switch didn't work!
