"I purchased a desk top PC from United PC Tek with a 90 warranty. Within 6 weeks the hard drive failed. They would not honor their advertised warranty. I had to pay $128 out of pocket to replace the disk and restore the data for my business."

"This is a lousy company to deal with they sent me something I dodn't order in place of the item I actually ordered and it didn't work. Below is a transcript of one of the emails that I sent to them and they never sent a reply. I got ripped off by thes place.



"I received the power supply you sent me, but it was not the one that I ordered. It was a substitute item and the 3 cables that should supply power to the hard drive, the DVD/CD drive and the CD burner are not long enough no matter how I try to connect them. I can only get them plugged in to 2 of these.

This power supply is not a good sub for the POWMAX LP6100A that I ordered and that was in my computer. It does not have long enough power cables.

Please credit my Visa for the $30.80 and send the appropriate shipping labels for prepaid PICKUP AND RETURN SHIPPING for this item. Otherwise I will have to dispute this charge with the credit card company.
