This company completely sucks. I order a computer and after the 8th day I emailed them and recieved nothing. I tried calling and no one answers the phones not even a &*%#!@^ machine. In the middle of the day I might add.

"Wanted to buy a PC on 12/29/02, and I saw their listing on price watch. I called and they have informed me that they just sold out of this model which was Intel P4 2.0 Ghz.
I called again after the holiday, and the told me it’s sold out, and it will cost me about $100 to get that PC. The problem was THEY WERE RODE ABOUT IT, SO I GOT ANGRY AND DECIDED TO INVISTIGATE THEIR PRACTICES.
I noticed that they are based on Ohio, and they were six or seven companies with the same AD. I went to their websites, and to my surprise they all had the same warranty, shipping policy, and even the same sales team with the same East European accent.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM, READ THE REVIEW IN THIS GREAT WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

"I configured a barebones kit from this company in late june. They promised a 1 year warranty/coverage on all parts and labor. Just send a part in and we'll test it for $35 they said in their warranty.
It is now late October, and upon having a hardware failure(a $174 chip of DDR stopped functioning), i went to the website for technical support. The form doesn't work, how convenient. Then I called their number "oh, we bought this company on August 26, so this is no longer the same company, you'll have to call the other guys." He then proceeds to give me a number thats been disconnected. I checked the better business bureau's file on them, and it appears they've pulled this sort of scam before. Through a friend at this site I found out that these people have the same physical address and phone numbers as several(over 10) websites, some of whom seem to be pulling the same "after this date call this number" deal, and all of whom promise "lifetime technical support." Upon calling them that the number was disconnected, they told me to call my local police department. My advice? stay away. Stay away."
