"Customer service really sucks. Their return policy clearly states that if you return their product within 30 days, you will recieve a FULL refund. I received a refund alright, minus the S&H charge. I paid them $4.99 to ship it to me, and I paid $1.85 to ship it back to them. So I'm out $6.84 on this deal."

"Terrible customer service. Ordered a large amount of RAM for a small business and at first, they rejected order based on size. I had to validate my order via a phone call. Then a day later they rejected my order because of a bad shipping address, the same address that I verified with their sales rep. via phone the day before. Then a day later a notification of order cancellation came to me by email. I emailed back asking to reinstate order and they refused. This order was large and they wanted me to reorder everything. I gave the three chances to correct problem and get order out and they refused. I ordered from another vendor. I will never use them again."

"Up to the point of receiving product the experience was fine. It took over a week to deliver my product. They used some crazy UPS to USPS disaster. I had ordered three memory modules. When I finally received my package their was only two modules in it. It was packed in a jiffy bag that could of only held two modules. The packing slip said they shipped three. I took pictures and sent off an email. No response. Sent another email. Still no response. Three weeks after receiving product I have not heard anything. Don’t buy from these guys. You will never hear from them."

"I ordered two 1G memory for my old Toshiba laptop to upgrade memory capacity. When I received the memory and tried to install them, I found out that I already had one 1G memory module inside. So I requested a return. I paid through Google Checkout. Once they receive my request, no questions asked, and accepted the return w/o any stocking fee or whatsoever."

"Poor service. I needed to get my order sooner so I specified that it be sent 2nd day air. Five days later I'm still waiting for my order. They don't answer the phone. I should have realized this was a shady company by the fact that the website provides very little information about the company. I WOULD NOT ADVISE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. "
