"They never sent the order, they refuse to reply to emails (they send an automated response saying they will not reply) - they don't answer phones, and no longer publish a number for such.
I have asked them to cancel the order, yet they have ignored such requests, and have finally taken payment - I have recieved no goods, nor any explanation.
I strongly recommend that PC Giant are avoided at all costs! - it also seems they've changed the name they use to list on Froogle to "PC Hardware""
