"I ordered some Lian-Li bezels from this site. It had the cheapest prices around. I received the package promptly and it met my expectations. One problem I had with the experience was the fact that they have "additional shipping charges" i.e., they charge an additional $1.00 or so if your order does not execeed a minimum dollar amount, and this is excluding tax. Companies that do this make me suspicous, but I got what I wanted at a good price. "
"Their prices are the cheapest for Lian Li products, especially their bezels. Email response was great. I ran into 2 problem, shipping and order processing was THE SLOWEST I have ever dealt with. I placed my order on the 7th of October, but it took them 7 more days to actually ship the package out. Then it too another 7 days for the items to get here in CA. They ship using Airborne Express which is EXTREMELY slow. For their shipping price, they could have shipped using USPS Priority Mail and got it here in 3-4 days. My last complaint would be, they advertised the Lian Li temperature gauge available in Celsius or Fahrenheit and I had specified for Celsius. When I recieved my package, it was in Fahrenheit. I email them and they say that they only carried Fahrenheit. If they only have it in Fahrenheit, SAY SO."

"Like the comments below, I only have wonderful things to say about this company. Not only is their shipping ultra fast, but the quality of their customer service is amazing. I ordered two Lian-Li universal CD-ROM bezels and one universal floppy drive bezel on Monday. I received the order the next day, on Tuesday! However, I found that one of the CD-ROM bezels were damaged during shipping so I gave them a call on Wednesday. I explained the situation and without asking me any questions, Ted (the owner) graciously told me not to worry about it and that he would send out a new replacement for me. Sure enough, I received another package on Friday. These guys are the real deal and they have great prices and excellent customer service. You can't go wrong with PC Gate."
"These guys have the BEST prices for Lian Li universal bezels - cheaper than anywhere I've found. I placed my order on 7/30/03 for a bunch of Lian LI universal Aluminum bezels (Both floppy & CD drive) and I was a little afraid that it was bait and switch because the prices were so low. I thought it could be possible they have listed their product as the new universal bezels but will send me the old cheap "stick on" bezels. BUT NO! These are the real deal, easily half the cost of the cheapest price I can find elswhere on the web! I received an email confirmation the day of my order that my items were being sent out via Airborne express, and voila! My package arrived on 7/31/03! Of course it helps that they are located in NJ, and I live in NYC. For all you East coasters that need fast shipment, this is the place to order from. The only thing that keeps this experience from beign an absolute 10, is they charge a $1 handling charge. Their shipping is still reasonable at $6, so the cheap prices, fast processing/shipping way more than compensate for the $1 handling fee.
