"You cannot contact customer support unless you've made a purchase. So if your having trouble making one, your stranded. They sent a link via email saying I need to verify my phone number and then it just sent me to my check out cart with no verification option and so I tried completijg the purchase again and it said the same thing, failed due to verification. This is the least customer/user friendly site I've stumbled across and your better off going to the actual stores or another site to make your purchase. The post office does not require any verification to but the same cards PC game supply offers and even a kid with cash can do it. This site is garbage. "
"I attempted to make a $50 Karma Koin purchase from this company. It was denied. Made a 2nd attempt. Also denied. Then the fraud line from my credit union called me about the failed attempts, and they couldn't figure out why they were denied. So I called Paypal, who also couldn't figure out why the attempts were denied. I made a 3rd attempt, so the Paypal rep couldn't watch the transaction in real time, but it went through...for TWO $50 Karma Koin eCards! I tried to call PC game supply, no answer. Left a customer support email, only to get told that the purchase was "my responsibility". Basically, sorry about my damn luck. Called again the next day, still no answer. Left yet another customer support email, only to get the same exact cookie cutter reply from a different support member. They refuse to give any refunds unless the "product" doesn't work, which I don't understand. Turn the codes off, return the money, and be done with it! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!"
