"UPDATED!!! I was contacted by their CEO directly and my issue was addressed in a timely manner. He was very helpful and concerned about the issue I had. I have used their services and purchased $1000+ for Steam cards. I was very appreciative of the time and attention he took to help me resolve everything. I did receive a full refund for the invalid card.

“It is true, this customer never received a discount. The customer has placed 44 orders on our web site since 2022. The customer says we are a bad web site but continues to place many orders. The last order from this customer was on December 6th. Based on the order volume we would assume the customer is actually generally happy. We would not expect the customer to continue to place orders if they were not happy. We have contacted the customer in regards to the claim of not getting one code.
We reached this customer today via email. The customer thinks they should get a discount, which we cannot provide. Sorry.”
