"I ordered an Asys computer case (CK-1020-5C-BLACK) from this company. It was advertised at $33.00 and seemed like a good deal.

After ordering I received an email stating that they were out of stock of these computers and offered to sell me another computer (other prices seemed high) or refund my money.

I called and asked when they would be receiving more stock and was told that it may be a few weeks. I said that I could wait.

A couple of days later I received an email claiming that they would no longer be carrying this computer case, but again gave me the option to purchase another case or have my money refunded.

This seems like a classic bait and switch scheme. On the positive side, they did issue a refund.

As of 7/12/05 they still have this case advertised for $33.00. Call, order one, and tell them you’ll wait for more stock!
