"We ordered their diagnostic software and before it arrived we were given access to a download to use in the meantime. It didn't seem to meet our needs so we tried to reach them. We called 4 times on the purchase date and couldn't reach anyone. We ended up submitting a support ticket and our reply was filled with CAPS and snarky responses. We asked about multiple licenses and he referenced theft twice in his reply - once stating "They can actually steal and get multiple unlock codes. Quite frankly sir you are one of a very few who in many months has missed this point."

For some reason, they got defensive instead of simply quoting us for the product we needed. Hard to reach, not friendly. Would not recommend.

"This review is not about their product, as I never tested it. It is about their service and professionalism.

I am providing you my personal experience with this company....

I had previously purchased from this company a few years ago, so I thought I would try them again. I inquired with them if I could get a discount as a previous customer to purchase a product with them. They replied with an email stating that I could use a promo code to receive 50% off my purchase. It stated that it was only for software, not for hardware. I found a package that I liked and added it to my cart, then applied the promo code. The package I selected included hardware and software. I figured their website would make the appropriate calculations. I also paid for expedited shipping as I needed this quickly to repair a customer's computer. I paid for it and have a receipt stating that I have ordered and paid for the "Master Kit". After 6 days of waiting, I receive an email from them stating that my purchase included the use of an unauthorized promo code and they wanted to know where I got the code. Basically accusing me of doing something wrong. I explained to them and provided them with the email from them (the same email address they are communicating with me from at this time) in which they gave me the code to use. I told them that we had two options: 1-I'll give them a little more money for the kit or 2-For them to refund my money in full. Both seem fair to me. I also told them that if they couldnt agree to either of these, I would persue other means to recover my money as well as report my experience with their company to review sites. They in turm said that they would return my money, but also threated me with a law suit if I posted reviews on my experience online. I am embarrassed for them. This is outrageous and extremely unprofessional. I am at awe as to the unprofessionalism I have experienced with this company. All I want is my money back so that I can go somewhere else for a similar product and cut all ties with them. At the time of this review, I havent received my refund.

Guess I should have looked at bbb.com as well. Their score with the Better Business Bureau is an "F".
