"This is the second time I have ordered from this company. The first was to buy an Xbox 360 4gb.... it took a month to arrive, but I figured it was just a fluke.
This time I have ordered a new hard drive with a rebate....after not hearing from them a week after ordering, I sent their customer service an email. Their email basically said I'm out of luck (almost sounded like a form letter response), so I contacted them a few more times, and I started to get responses from real people....however the answer was still I might be out of luck getting my rebate.
Background: the rebate must be sent in within 21 days of purchase, and the last day to purchase is Jun 30th. Well this company (doesn't charge you until it ships)---and that's fine with me, if they wouldn't take more than 30 days to ship all their items.
This WILL be the last time I buy anything from them, I hope they get me my drive before the final day...GRRRR"

"I purchased an Arhcos G9 android tablet that I saw on Techbargains. I used Paypal & recieved my confirmation email. I paid for overnight shipping because I promised my daughter I would have it by a certain date.I ordered it on Tuesday & needed it by Friday. Website said ships today. By Saturday I was fed up & decided to track my order. Its status was Canceled. I logged in to live chat & discovered my order was waiting approval & I should call customer service on Monday. Really? They could'nt send me an email notifying me of an Issue? They said it was because I was a new customer. I gave them the money, what could possibly need approving? My address has been confirmed by Paypal & so has my account. I expressed my frustration about wasting my money on overnight shipping & the reply was when you call on monday, change your shipping preference if you don't want overnight shipping. Never Again."
"They've had significant problems in the recent past with cancelling 'in stock' orders but I have to say my experience was great. I was able to call and cancel a computer order 1h after I placed it. When I didn't receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, I called and a friendly rep hand wrote me one. My second order of a 'free shipping' computer shipped the same day and arrived 6 days after I placed the order. It was a great buy, just as described. They now list the relative availability of items and ask you to call when stock is low. Perhaps they got the message and are trying harder??"
"Very suspicious place. Placed a order for Sony TV and more that a week later got a email saying they can't fulfill the order. My credit card was charged but later the charge was canceled. I think they simply collect customers data for whatever purpose."
"Was in the market for a HTPC and had been looking around for quite a while for a good deal (specifically for one with an Athlon II Neo K325 processor). Found it at pcconnectionexpress.com at an amazing price (almost 25% less than any other online retailer). The deal (posted on dealsofamerica.com) looked too good to be true and this website (which I check religiously before doing any online transaction from an unknown source) didn't have good ratings for this reseller so I was quite apprehensive. But the price was too darn good to pass up so I decided to take the plunge and give it a shot. Also I have AmEx protection on all purchases so worst case I can always get AmEx to deal with any headaches that might arise from the transaction.
All my apprehensions were completely ill-found, I received my order very quickly, it was as advertised, no bait and switch or any such thing, just a plain and simple online transaction (like one should be). I was so pleased with the experience that I wanted to order another HTPC for my bedroom (at that price it was a steal) but they were all sold out :-( .
I won't think twice before ordering with pcconnectionexpress.com again. Surprisingly wonderful experience. I have seen this kind of speed and professionalism in handling an order only with newegg.com (I usually get most of my electronics from them). "

To order, I called and spoke with Ted. He was friendly and cool! They got my address wrong when I checked online but I emailed them and they immediately corrected it. I would order from them again! "
"I ordered a Canon 50mm lens from PC Connection Express because they had a competitive price and they were one of the few places who had it in stock at the time. It was my first order with them. The whole process went smoothly. I placed the order online and received a confirmation via email later that day. The lens shipped the following day and they sent me the UPS tracking number. The lens arrived well packed in perfect condition and on schedule.
Coincidentally I had ordered another lens from Amazon that arrived the same day, and I was impressed that PC Connection packed my item more securely than Amazon did. I will definitely use PC Conncection Express again. Very satisfied!"
