"Very Very Dissapointed
I ordered a custom side panel, and a 80mm UV Grill. I recieved this order Novemeber 27, it was placed September 29. It took me many e-mails to even get it sent to me. Then when I finally did get my order, it was not complete. The 80MM UV Grill was not in the box, and the custom panel I ordered, was not what I stated I wanted. The image was both etched wrong, and looks terrible and I had given detailed instructions, with my old panel from my system. And I also chose the option of a 80MM hole cut in the panel, guess what...no hole.
If this where the only place to get PC mod parts, I would stop modding. I would not recomend them to anyone I know to buy mods from.

I have e-mailed them with my problem and how upset I am with their company over a week ago. They never replied. I think they just want your money, once in hand, good luck."
"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
2 weeks after my order was sent in, they had yet to even ship out my order. This is far from the "in stock" message their website gave me.
After I emailed them about the delay, their sales rep told me that my item would ship out last thursday "at the latest". yet again, another lie.
i cancelled my order, and as of this moment, i have received no refund. i should not be charged until an item is shipped, yet i was.
with the information i have at this time, I can only state that this place borders on being a scam...
I will update these comments only if action is taken to return my money.
