"Great company to work with. I was a little concerned after reading the feedback, but the price was so good I had to call up and talk to them myself. They worked with me to build the system I needed and got it here no problem.. would definitely buy again!"

"I'll add to the complaints about PCMarketUSA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a custom PC from this company. A few days after receiving the computer, a component CAUGHT FIRE inside the tower, rendering the hard drive useless.

After an initial communication with PCMarketUSA regarding refund/repair, no one would return my e-mails or calls. After some time, their 800 and local phone numbers were disconnected. Because I received the product "in working order", my credit card company could not refund my money.

In short, I got royally screwed by this company. Don't buy anything from them ever ever.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a computer case on July 1 and showed item was in stock. Sent 2 e-mails and made multiple phone calls to see if the order shipped. No replies and phone just goes to voicemail. Finally get a hold of them on Tuesday, 5 July, only to learn they have canceled my order claiming they were without electricity the week prior and could not process any orders. I asked why then did they not put a banner on their website saying that to inform potential customers? The woman replied they could not because the servers were down. Funny if the servers were down that it would let me place and order AND charge my PayPal account to show the order completed.

Sorry I wasted my time with them. Don't waste your and avoid this e-retailer like the plague.

"I ordered a hard-to-find computer cable through PCMarketUSA. They claimed to have one in stock. A week after placing the order I received an email saying the items was not in stock and they were cancelling my order. However they still charged me and did not issue a refund! First they claimed they did not charge me, then they stopped responding to emails. They don't answer their phone and the recorded messages says their customer service agents are all in a training class....riiiight....

I had to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company to try to recover my money. The chargeback is still in process.

This is without a doubt a shady outfit and should be avoided.

"I would not recommend this site to anybody. After reading other reviews, I feel it's going to be a hassle to get my money back.

I found this website through Google shopping while trying to find a recently discontinued motherboard. Their website said they had one in stock, so I placed an order. It has been nearly a month and I have not received the item, have not received any shipping confirmation, and have found no way to communicate with the company. They do not respond to emails, one phone number is busy 100% of the time, and the other is disconnected. I have now started a Paypal dispute against PCMarketUSA, but have had no response from them. Go figure. I suppose I will wait a week or so and escalate the claim against them.

"At first it seemed as though this company had closed down, ordered a ZT-95TEH3P-HSL and the number wasn't listed. I recieved an email response within a day, saying their new number had changed to ***-***-****. Talked to a sales rep and the board arrived a week later -- thanks guys!"

"Ordered a Gigabyte motherboard, which the web site said had 10 in stock. After not hearing from them for a week I tried calling, only got busy signals. After 10 days they sent an email saying the motherboard was no longer in stock but suggesting an ASRock motherboard instead. This is classic bait and switch."

"After seeing the poor reviews for this site a cautiously ordered a motherboard from them, at first it seemed that there was something wrong with my order, so i contacted them. 3 business days later, no response. I tried their number and it kept acting like it was busy. Finally someone replied to my email, and after that they were very fast and apologized for taking so long. I must say I am very happy with their service, and will probably be buying some other parts from them in the near future."

"Sent payment on 1/4/10, called on 1/11/10 and was told the card is out of stock. Refund promised to post in 1 hour, 2 hours later I called and was told there was not enough money in their paypal to issue the refund. Then I was told it would be better to wait until they sold something so I could be refunded. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and never gotten back to. After calling yet a third time I was promised the refund would post "First thing in the morning." Will update if and when the refund finally does post. Since the card still shows "In Stock" at the website I am left to conclude that this is a cash flow issue wherein they are using the cash that rolls in on out-of-stock items to pad their budget."

"Fraud Alert!

I bought a video card from this online store. I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks. When I called they said it was no longer available and they had sent me an e-mail (which they hadn't) and that they would refund my money. I asked them to send me a copy of it, but they sent me a new e-mail (not a copy of the "original"). Every time I called they said the person who handles refunds wasn't in. I finally opened a case with Paypal and they didn't even respond to that. Paypal eventually ruled in my favor and has credited my account.
