I bought a water chiller from this company through ebay and the item arrived defective, the guy named, Wes promised to received back and pay for the shipment because I didn't want the damaged broken item, after a couple of weeks of making me think everything was under control, he stopped emailing and answering my messages and never sent the shipping labels as agreed, I have tried to contact them directly, by ebay (who are the worst customer service I have ever tried) by the BBB in San Diego, California and no answers, I have the equipment which I cannot use and on top of that does not even have manual of instructions"

"Ordered the 7 ton electric log splitter and must say it is the best bang for the bucks I have spent in many years. It split my large juniper, pinon, cedar and mulberry logs with great ease, even ones with knotts. Also split medium size (8-10 inch wide) oak and pecan with knotts, however it did give the little splitter a harder time...but it did it. You just have to know how to use the splitter properly. Just split a couple of inches in on all sides of the harder to split logs, to weaken them, then go for larger splits. Not a problem. I have split logs for many years with a maul, and those days are over for me since getting this little monster. Another great advantage is the way one can "custom tailor" the wood splits. It is so easy to keep trimming down a split log until you have 1 to 2 inch wide splits for starter wood in your wood stove, etc. This is much more time consuming and difficult with a maul, etc. I also received my spltter in 3 days, as advertised for my zone and a personal email before it was shipped from Wes at PCFETCH. Thanks for a better than great product for the money and your professionalism. If you split a lot of large, knotted hardwood logs, then go for a big, expensive gas splitter...this splitter is not for you, but for the average guy, this one is a winner and the price was fantastic.

I received my order but unfortunately it was defective. I purchased a Amazon AR6C steam generator from PCFETCH that was advertised on eBay as having a 2 year warranty. After about 6 month this unit DEAD. I contacted PCFETCH about honoring their warranty: no one ever answers. When I e-mail, no one ever replies. They have not refunded my payment. Rip-off artists! Do not buy anything from this company!!!
