"This company is now known as AIC Micro. I have ordered several times from them this year. I have dealt with both Oswald and Shirley there. They always answer phone calls and e-mails promptly. My last order was for a motherboard they don't normally stock. They got it in a couple of days and sent it to me promptly, and the price was good, too. The first time I dealt with them, it was primarily because they bothered to call ME, when I left a message on their voice mail. Their follow up has always been excellent. They have always sent me e-mails with tracking info, etc. And, they are willing to get items not on their product list. Packaging has also been good.
I would recommend PC Dynamic/AIC Micro to anyone. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is excellent."
"I was looking for an external hard drive. I found one on their web page that looked like what I wanted but I had a few technical questions. I called their 800 number and they were very curtious
about answering my questions. So I
placed my order online on Monday, 4/15/02. I got an e-mail later that afternoon that the drive had been shipped UPS and was given the tracking number. The drive was scheduled to arrive on Friday 4/19/02 and arrived right on time.
It was just as advertised, had easy to follow instructions, and
was easy to install.
