"Very disappointed with service. I've used DSS2WAV converter for a number of years by PCDictate with absolutely no problems until I renewed this year. The registration name and code provided do not work. I've been emailing Kelly Voelker and support since the beginning of December to no avail. I've tried calling and can't get through. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed as I had recommended their software to colleagues.. I will now be advising them to the contrary!! And I am seeking a refund."
"I have had an identical experience. Have used the DSS convert program for a few years....absolutely no problems in the past. The license ran out and I renewed this week. They sent me a license code but it does not work. I too need this program to do my work and it is now costing me money because they have not replied to 3 emails. Tried to phone -- it's "blocked." I looked on line and found a phone number for Kelly Voelker -- think I'll try going right to the source! "
"Great program, and I have been unable to find any others like it. I bought a year license and just renewed last week, paid, and have yet to receive a code. It's been a week and the website promises 24-hour turnaround for code orders. I have tried contacting the company via email and no reply. I have contacted via their website, received no reply, and I have tried calling the company for which the number is "blocked." Thank goodness I paid via Paypal as I will be opening a claim and then filing a claim with BBB (for which they have 12 complaints). I never had any issues last year with this program.
If they're unable to staff their business, then they should make the product freeware. "
"Been trying for months to get a phone call, email response, to no evail. My foot pedal software lasted for about 3 mths. I've been trying ever since to get some response from pcdictate. Can's us the software, can't work, can't make any money. Keep getting message saying "Trial" has expired. "

"NOT happy with these folks. Buyer beware! Bought a foot pedal from them which includes pedal software. Contacted them multiple times via phone and email regarding problems with their product/software. They don't answer their phones (always goes to voice mail). They don't return email or phone calls. Also, turns out they charge 20% re-stocking fee even if it's a problem with their product."
"We ordered an Olympus DS-5000 deluxe kit from PCDictate.com and received fantastic service and support. The product was shipped the same day and arrived the following day in Columbia, MO. The olympus digital recorder and olympus transcription kit were delivered in new condition as described and was packaged well.
We had a few questions after we received the items. Our questions were answered promptly and professionally.
