I canceled my order with him after he would not reply to my e-mails or phone calls. So my final advice is... Place orders here if time is not of concern, or you know exactly what you want and wont need support. "
"I ordered a geargrip pro last year because I wanted to transport my computer between locations easily. I did get an invoice but that was the only email that I received from them. After 2 weeks of not having received my product and my credit card wasn't charged, I started to become worried about the order. I sent 3 emails to them asking about the order and finally on the third email someone got back to me. They told me that the item was backordered and that it would be coming soon. I wish that they would have told me that earlier instead of having to wait 2 weeks and 3 emails to find out. One week later, I finally did get my product. I don't know if things have changed with this company since it was a year ago that I did business with them, but I would advise people to be cautious with this company. I haven't done business with them since."
