"Highy deseptive and terable return policy. I bought a modem that was said to be linux compatable. After reciving it I found that it was a frickin winmodem. I called PCawe they said it is compatable if you have the right drivers, however this is bullsh!t because even with the right drivers winmodems work very poorly if at all with linux. Ive serched everywhere and seems that the said drivers do not exist. I can understand if PCawe got some bad info from the manifactor but the main problem is that they refused to exchange it for a modem that would work. There are many places on the internet to buy your hardware, dont make this one of them."
