"I have ordered two of their backpacks and love them. Than I changed my room and that is a different story. Everything was back ordered and took a while to receive. I like my sheets and comforter, but the blanket had a lot of snags in it. Anything that is mongrammed will probably be back ordered. The customer service people are nice, and somewhat helpful, unless they put you on hold."
