"This is possibly the worst comapny I have ever dealt with. The sent my merchandise broken in half, the packaging was fine no rips, tears or dents. They do not have a phone number and can not be contacted. After sending approximately 16 e-mails, fist to get an RMA # before my 15 day return time expired I sent e-mails every day sometimes 2 and 3 per day, NOTHING. I even sent the merchandise back to the distribution center with USPS confirmation, indeed someone signed for it and still nothing. NEVER EVER buy anything from this online seller they just plain SUCK. The worst seller out on the internet, pay the few $$ extra and deal with a real company. Alost $57 down the drain and they can't even e-mail to say to bad.

"STAY AWAY. Do NOT be tempted by their low prices. This is NOT Overstock.com. They are incompetent at best. This is not some real company. It's probably just some outfit run out of a cellar. I placed a time dependent order and paid extra for 2 day air. The order was successfully authorized thru the bank. The next step is for the merchant to put in a receipt. They sent me an email cancelling the order. All further attempts at calling them thru their voice mail number were meet with a useless answering machine from someone named "Ravi". I am now hoping the transaction to fall off because it is too late to receive the goods I ordered. I am furious with their lack of response. I was an idiot to order from an unknown company that does not answer a phone. "

"Sent wrong item. Did not respond to email attempting to get in touch with them to exchange wrong item for the item I actually ordered. Will not do business with them again. Lots of shady practices!"
