SCAM ARTISTS! NOT A REAL BUSINESS!! I LOST THOUSANDS!

"I purchased an outdoor patio set, it was on "back order". 2 months went by and they contacted me stating it was discontinued. It took 3 weeks to get an actual person on the phone for a refund. The gentlemen said I would be refunded and see it on my statement in 2 weeks, of course nothing happened. I sent endless emails, made a ton of calls to get nothing in return. Their phone number and website are now no longer and I am out thousands!"

Is this company for real?

"OH, oh - I did not find these reviews till too late I think. I'm checking into why my order ($501.06 hall tree) hasn't arrived yet and/or at least why no communication from them. I can sign into Outley and it says it's processing. I filled out a contact form and they sent an email w/link to check on order, but I get an error message. I will update this and perhaps I am just being paranoid since I did order on Christmas. But you think they'd have better customer service/ability to contact/communication. We will see..."

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

"I am the type of person to never actually take the time to write a review but when I say this company deserves to be sued they NEED TO BE SUED! I ordered a coffee table on 12/14/16 with the hopes of receiving this table on time. It is now 12/18/16 and I have not received not one e-mail confirmation for my order. The company has my $300+ of money and yet no response to my email. I don't know whether I will ever receive the product or my money back? I have tried contacting them through email and phone. Not to mention their 1-800 is an answering machine. I've called numerous time and I have yet not spoken to one person!

This is my third time trying to order this coffee table and I have not had any success receiving it yet. I am expecting an email back and/or a personal phone call. I have tried calling your 1-800 number numerous times but there is no one to answer it!! I would like to know if this table is in stock and when you will ship it. If not, I deserve to know this as a customer. I have given out my credit card and personal information to you guys not once but four times and I feel uncomfortable associating with Outlety anymore. Please give me my money or my table!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited a month for nothing!!!

"After a long process of comparing prices and deciding I finally found the chairs I wanted for our family. They charged $800 a month ago for 6 white dining chairs. I had a holiday event planned and the chairs were no where to be found. I called a least 7 times with a recording that said no-one was available. I then emailed several times to no response and after days of research and no callback I come to find out they had a note saying item out of stock full refund. Needless to say this is unnaceptable a month out of having my money!! ThIs is a hard time to have money out Like that on the Christmas holiday. number with a gentlem

"I placed my order on 9/21/16, never received a tracking number, they just removed the money from my account. I called numerous times and emailed the bogus company. I received a call from James on 10/5/16 from Outley advising if i don't pay more money they will cancel my order. I told him Outley should honor their pricing as most reputable companies would. He refused, and within 2 minutes I had received an email from him cancelling my order. Here are the actual cancellation screen shots:

Great customer service!

"I ordered from Outlety because they had the nightstands I was looking for at a better price than any store, online or otherwise, with free shipping. I was initially a bit concerned as my order said it was processed, but I did not receive a follow up shipping e-mail for a few days; however, their customer service was very responsive and made sure my order arrived in the time frame I requested. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to use Outlety for my future furniture needs."

A Model for Customer Service

"I placed an order and was called right away that the product was backordered and the date expected would be later than originally communicated. They were willing to cancel the order or I could keep it. I decided to keep it. The product arrived close to the new date and it was of quality and look I was expecting. I just love it. Poop Poor Customer Service!!

"To Whom It May Concern:

I spoke to Kevin today at 5:25 NC time, but 2:25 California time he said they reached out to the manufacturer and did not get a response yet. He also stated "they (manufacturer)Is going to most likely say it's misuse from the customer because the customer used it". And that the warranty only last 15 - 30 days if that. He will let me know if they respond and then we can go from there. I feel this terrible customer service and I'm sure I am not the only customer with this problem, and that the warranty was set in place so that the customer could lose their money, as most manufacturers give customers at least 90 days. There was no misuse from my husband as he used it to help him stand up and reclined when he wanted to take a nap, And actually we received the chair on March 3rd on a Thursday and it broke on a Sunday March 27, 2016, so we only had the chair for 24 days. It broke prior to 30 days, That's unacceptable I would really like a new chair or my money back!.

Disappointed with Co

"They took my money from my credit card but never communicated with me that the item was on back order. I called a least 5 times with a recording that said no-one was available. I then called another number with a gentleman that answered finally to inform me that the item was on back order. So they used my money for 8 days without informing me the
reason I was not receiving my order. Its rude not to keep the customer informed what is going on. I cancelled because of the manner my order was handled and had the BBB check the Company out.

Not pleased

"I did not receive the color as shown on the website. It looks on line like a maroon/deep red/rust and what I received was bright fire engine red. Also I was emailed I would receive notification when my order would ship via UPS w/tracking number and I did not and it sat outside on our exterior patio in the elements and we only found it because we happened to go out there (we do not usually) In my order notes I shared it was an apartment complex and was told I would be notified of delivery date to be present to inspect etc. and was not. I ordered on 2 26 16 and did not receive until the end of March - a month to fill an order?"

My go to furniture store!

"After going to all the local furniture stores I found that all they have a pushy annoying sales people. I found a couple pieces I liked but nothing that would complete a bedroom set and living room. After I came across outlety.com I found EVERYTHING I needed at lower prices than the stores. After receiving my entire order I was more than pleased. The quality was above average and nothing was damaged. My next purchased will be for my man cave and I have all my pieces pieces picked out. Overall, I will order from outlety.com again and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. "
