"The shipment arrive 2 days after I ordered it, the boots that I ordered where in very good condition, the only thing it’s the box, too big but really not a problem, overall very good purchase "

Horrible

"Looked at all the reviews but still decided to give them a try anyways and disappointed like all the other customers. Had to call because I received an order refund without a reason. Once I called, they claimed the item wasn’t in stock anymore but even posted it back on their site and Amazon which was at a higher price. Claimed it’s an error but seems very fishy almost like they changed their mind on the price and just said it was out of stock so they can sell it higher. Trust the reviews and just buy elsewhere."

Getting a refund is a pain

"The sell me a hat that is too big. I thought Stetson knows hats, but their sizing runs big. Then Outland USA makes me pay $32 to ship it back via UPS. Then, they don't seem to have a record of receiving the returned hat. So, I have to provide them shipping information with the person's name who signed for it with the date.

You'd think that when someone receives a returned product that the seller would immediately refund their money. But, not this seller.

I know that they didn't make the hat. But, as a seller, they should not make the buyer feel like their fault for not knowing the sizing of products. I have many hats. I know what my size is and Stetson hats are over rated. .

Returned an Item months ago and still have not received a refund

"When you call you cannot speak to anyone! They give you 4 options and not one of them is ever there all you get is a recording - all from the same person. Do NOT order from them. If I knew this I would have kept the item I ordered since paid 212.00 for it!"

Sent wrong order and made me pay to send it back

"Ordered a pair of hiking boots. Arrived timely however they were the wrong size so tried to call customer service. Never answered, only went to a menu. Finally got an answer through email and they said I ordered the wrong size so I sent them a copy of the original order. They finally acknowledged that I did order the correct size. By this time I had sent the boots back and I paid shipping. Then they said they didn't have my size even though the day I ordered it said in stock. I believe what they did was, because these were on sale, sent me the size and I wouldn't pay attention. (it was the uk size compared to the us size). Well through a series of emails they finally reimbursed the original price back to my credit card but refused to pay me for shipping them back. Said their system didn't allow for reimbursing shipping charges. I would be very very careful ordering anything from this company. It seems to be run out of someone's basement"

Awesome Service

"Highly recommended Outland USA. Called CS 4 times, not only they picked up my calls immediately but also answered all of my questions. They are very nice, professional and helpful. I read their negative reviews, most did not make much senses to me. So I decided to give a try & ordered a Canada Goose jacket. I ordered it at lunch time, received the email with FedEx tracking number 5pm same day. I am very pleased with their efficacy. I got the jacket in 4 days, 2 days were weekend. The jacket is authentic with the original tag. Outland USA sells authentic, high end products with 15% off for the first time customers. Any wiser people should give it a try. Outland USA will work with you until you are happy, you can exchange or return the item easily if it does not work out. This is my 1st time buying products from this website, I will check with Outland USA 1st before I buy from others from now on. Thank you so much Outland USA for your professionalism and saving me $$!"

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

" I bought a pair of climbing shoes from this website. The glue and stitches on one shoe were loose. On the website, it says customer service replies email within one business day. I emailed their customer service multiple times eventually got a response after a week. I was asking for exchange due to the flaw (or partial refund if the size isn't available). The representative named Michael did not understand my issue at all. He just sent me back a return label asked me to return the item

The only thing I appreciate is they did ship out the item quickly.

Not even trying - msg to leadership

"Was about to purchase sneakers from this site, but after checking reviews, its very clear that this company is a complete scam.
Its one thing if 1 or maybe 2 people complain about receiving used apparel, but when its dozens, you know its true.
so long scammers - u wont be taking my money today, or ever.

Management: this is whats great about the internet. the people you disrespect and scam have a voice to warn others.
oh and dont bother replying to this message. i wont be back, and like I said - i wont be shopping with you.

Amazing service

"I purchased a Stetson Open Road from Outland last summer. Over the months I noticed a slight defect in the felt thickness toward the front of the hat resulting in a noticeable triangular shape where the felt was a different thickness. This being my absolute favorite hat it started to bug me. After getting the runaround from Stetson, I called Michael at Outlander. Within minutes he sent me a return label and promised to get a new one sent to me upon receipt of my return. A week later, I now have my favorite hat back and he even let me get a better fitting size. Great service!"

Used boots

"I'm very disappointed!!! Right side boot was used,the insert was very filthy and look like there is a mold on the bottom. Kept trying to call to the customer service,but have no luck. Looks like I will have to return it and pay shiping fee. By the way there is another review about them selling used Items. I guess, my review just going to confirm that they do sell used ones"
