I purchased the link remover tool and received a prompt confirmation email as well as a shipping email. Prices were very good compared to other resellers online and their online store had a more professional feel to it while competitors sites seemed slapped together. The shipping costs seemed a bit high after receiving the tool which weighed nearly nothing.

The product was received in good time, well packaged and in perfect condition.

Perhaps the only downside to the whole process was that their tracking information is provided via a PDF email attachment as is your invoice rather than just live text so it makes it more difficult to check your tracking information but that is a minor quibble.
