"Worst customer service of any company I know. They never have in stock advertised items. I went there yesterday for a tiller advertised, well you know I couldn't find it so I asked an associate and was told it was over where the tillers are stocked, I told her I couldn't find it so she turned and started walking off telling me I would just have to ask for a rain check. She never tried to find the item for me as I am sure she knew there wasn't one available. This happens to me every time I go for an advertised item. Such rudeness! I will never shop this store again."

"This was my first time ordering at Orscheln. I placed my order, which was processed in 2 days with no problems and was shipped via UPS Ground. The items arrived on time, well packaged with an invoice. Not a bad place to shop.... Will definitely shop here again.
