"I had the worst experience possible with Orolus.com. I do not recommend anyone to use this site or to buy anything with them. I made a purchase which was completely overpriced and decided to go with a better offer at Ebay.com. So I decided to cancel the purchase immediately, Customer Services sent me an email saying that my purchase would be canceled within 24 hours. I waited a week and nothing. So I sent them another email and they said it was being taken care of. I waited 2 more months because I was busy with school and had a lot of other things on my mind when I decided to check my Credit Card Statement for the Month when the purchase was made (December 08')I had not received any refund whatsoever from Orolus.com for the amount of $250 USD. I sent them an email yet again, and Customer Services said they would fix the issue that should have been fixed two months earlier. I assumed that they would keep their word. I checked in February of this year and still nothing had been refunded. Furious, I sent an email to them asking for them to please refund my money as it had been too long already and the amount was rather substantial. No response from Customer Services. I waited a couple of weeks until the beginning of March and sent them another email saying that if I did not receive my money within 10 business days of the date of the latest email, I would have to proceed with legal actions to receive my money back. Nothing. On April 5, 2009 I went on their website and to the "Contact Us" section and sent them a complaint asking for my money back. They sent me a reply the next day saying "We would like to inform you that we have now taken the refunds process for the amount charged to your card account to the higher authorities of our corresponding bank.

This means that all of our credit/ debit activites is being held up until the issue is resolved. This also means that the refunds for your purchase with us is also being held up.

We do not wish for this matter to go on any longer than it has to, and we especially do not wish to leave it up to our bank any longer and it resulted badly, as proven by the refunds process for your purchase with us." It took them 5 months to give me an answer as to what would be done with my money. The worst customer service experience possible and no concern for their customers money make Orolus.com the worst and least trustworthy site to buy anything on. Go to Ebay and you will find much better and more trusting sites to find anything you need.
