We purchased a refurbished Xerox Phaser 6350 printer when our original Xerox Phaser 6350 had stopped working. We initially had difficulty getting the new Xerox Phaser to be recognized by our network and hence we could not print from it. Telly K. spent a few hours of his own time on the phone with us troubleshooting the network until he got the printer online and he made sure that we could print from each and every computer with it.
