Firstly the shoes I bought were not authentic Adidas shoes.
Secondly, they sent me the wrong size.
Thirdly, when I asked to return them, they said I would need to pay for the initial shipping ($30) PLUS the return postage.
Fourthly, their customer service was terrible. They are managing everything from China and they obviously don't speak much english. It took me around a month to get 3 emails out of them.

They completely mis represent themselves on their website."
