"I order online several times a week, and quite honestly have not yet encountered such poor customer service as Organic Pharmacy has. It boils down to "oh well, I guess you are just **** out of luck" attitude. The lapse between ordering and when they SAY they shipped it is pretty big, and then when I did not receive it "oh well, too bad for you" was the jist of their response. I am totally dismayed by their indifference in trying to resolve my complaint. I want to go on record.... "My experience with Organic Pharmacy was not a good one. Two the three products offered were out of stock and back-ordered. This did not stop them from processing my payment though. I wrote them a note regarding charging prior to having the product they offered for sale and simply got a "this is our policy response. I will never buy from them again. "
"This is one of the cheapest companies on the net, unfortunately their shipping times and customer service is the poorest ANYWHERE! I have been doing business with them for over a year and continue to be amazed HOW they stay in business with ethics like that. "I guess I should have read the reviews but after talking with an agent yesterday for shipping options I find out today that OP is delaying an entire shipment of perishable items for body cream. They will not answer the telephone and you get hooked into a phone loop. While their pricing is good (and Amazon has good pricing as well) their customer service is awful and their policies stated on the website are not practiced.
I am waiting for a reply after two emails and several phone calls, if in fact they make good on their commitments and ship to me as comitted on the telepphone I will write another review stating that thay have done so.

I placed on order on 11/24/09 for prenatal vitamins. They contacted (via email/their website) on 11/25 to inform me that it was out of stock. I needed the vitamins soon so I responded the same day and said I need to cancel the order. I heard NOTHING.
On 12/1/09 I seen that the order had been cancelled via the website. I asked when I would receive my refund as I paid with a debit card, not a credit card. I received this response later that day: Thanks for your email. Your refund will be processed ASAP. You will notice the refund on your CC statement within 8-10 business days. Thanks
I figured this was no big deal since I have online banking and I would be able to see the refund immediately. I also assumed that since this is NOT a credit card, but rather a debit card through my bank, that as soon as they refund the money it would be credited back to my account.
On 12/2 via their website it said that my refund had been processed.
Which brings us to 12/4. Still no refund so I ask when I will be receiving it. The same gentlemen from above responds with an almost identical response with the 8-10 day credit card line. I AGAIN inform him that this is NOT a credit card and that if they did indeed refund my money on 12/2, it would show at the bank. This was his response: I am sorry for any confusion on our part. The refund will appear on your Debit Card statement within 8-10 business days. That is how long it takes for our system to communicate with your bank and for it appear on your end. Look for it around the 14th of Dec. That is about 8 business days from the 2nd. Thanks
To which I, not so politely anymore, said was unacceptable. No response.
Today is 12/14. Guess what? No refund! I sent another message to the company informing them that if the money was not refunded TODAY that I would be reporting this as fraud. No response.
My advise? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"

" Do not buy from this store!!! They may mislead you, and rip you off. They did this to me. This store posted an add that is VERY misleading and misrepresenting of the truth.
After researching the product I was planning to buy for 3 hours, I THOUGHT I found the best price from Organic Pharmacy. I ordered Keto 7. I THOUGHT I was purchasing 90 caplets at 75 mg each (a 90 day supply). This product would have lasted me 3 months. The price was $12.14 plus the $5.00 shipping fee.
In actuality, I received 90 capsules at 25 mg each( a one month supply). I called customer service and the representative stated that 75 mg is the "suggested" serving amount not the actual amount of each pill. Now I will have to take 3 capsules at 25 mg per pill, to get the same results. The product will now last me 1 month, instead of 3.

I contacted Organic Pharmacy, and they apologized that I had misunderstood. They did not offer to reimburse the difference. The service rep. said that the only thing I could do would be to return the merchandise. However, I would have to pay for the shipping fee AND also a 15% re-stocking fee.
I chose to keep the merchandise because I would also lose my original $5.00 shipping that I have already paid which also is nonrefundable. Cheaper to keep them.
The service rep said that their site copied the info. from the NOW website (the company that makes the capsules). However, I have been to dozens of websites that sell the same product, each website states the exact milligram of each pill instead of the suggested servings by NOW. Very fishy to me...
