"We have 2 Oreck's/ 1 is great the other is pure crap! My wife is disabled and the lightweight is why we purchased both vacs. We bought both from QVC. Both are under warranty. QVC would NOT replace broken vacuum nor would Oreck.
Oreck would however allow us to take it to the local Oreck stgore for repairs that were NOT covered.
The problem is that the bag will not seat correctly on the vacuum and blows dirt everywhere!
Oreck's Customer Service is terrible and vety unresponsive to the problem.
Will not EVER buy another Oreck vac regardless of model!"
