They then refused to respond or take any responsibility whatsoever upon receiving the proof THEY HAD REQUESTED from the third party. Don't give them a penny, they will sell you shoddy product and then tell you to get lost."

I then logged on to OrbitDirect website where I noticed my order was CANCELLED. I was not notified, whatsoever, about the cancellation. Horrible way to do business."
