"Site claims that "in-stock item(s) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours". However at no time do they tell you when something is not available to ship, not even after you've made the purchase! However they do take your money, when they don't have anything to ship. Even worse, they are dishonest about when things will ship and then try to blame it on the manufacturer not shipping them product. That's my fault some how?

They make no attempt to tell you they don't have the item in stock, any indication when it will ship, even after you've made your purchase and been charged. What they are good at doing is charging your card without any product to actually deliver!

They only "bothered" to tell me (after 2 inquires into shipping) that they didn't actually have the product to ship, and that was only after I filed a dispute with my credit card company because they took my money and continually were deceptive about the shipping date.

It's your money, if you want to take a change and save some money, go with these guys. However, do a Google Search and see of other similar complaints.

In my opinion, such unprofessional service, and what some might consider "theft" is not worth the 5% or 10% you might save with these guys. Of course your not saving much when they charge you and don't actually give you the product!"
